How can I avoid pain while driving?


Do you spend a lot of time in the car and regularly experience pain in your back, neck, legs, etc.? I have good news for you: with a few ergonomic adjustments and practical accessories, you could greatly reduce your discomfort behind the wheel. Follow the guide!

Once seated, adjust your seat so that you can hold your steering wheel while having your elbows slightly bent (experts recommend placing your hands in the 9:15 position). You can push the pedals all the way down, not just with the tip of your foot? Keep going, you’re on the right track!

To promote blood circulation in your lower limbs, leave a few centimetres of clearance between the back of your knees and the front of the seat. Your lower back is not well supported? A cushion or lumbar support will make a difference!
