All vehicles, whether they’re old or new, require regular maintenance to operate at their full potential. However, even with this prevention, mechanical and technical problems can still arise. Our Worry-Free Warranty and Roadside Assistance will ensure you can hit the road worry-free.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Caught in a snowbank in the middle of nowhere? Got a flat tire just outside your home or while on a road trip? Your car’s battery is dead? As a driver, you hope these scenarios never happen to you, but the reality is they can occur at any time. At M 360 MECHANIC, we understand that these situations are far from pleasant. That’s why we offer all of our customers Roadside Assistance.
- Towing
- Unlocking the door
- Changing a flat tire – If the affected vehicle covered by the program doesn’t have a drivable spare tire, or if it has two or more flat tires, the vehicle will be towed.
- Delivering fuel, oil, fluid and water – An emergency supply of fuel (if authorized), oil, fluid and water will be delivered to any covered vehicle to meet the immediate needs. The customer must pay the cost of the delivery of the fluids.
- Car battery jump-starts
*Up to $100 CAD per claim. Maximum 2 claims per year.
** In Canada, you may use the service provider of your choice. We recommend that you contact your local M 360 MECHANIC for a referral to a service provider or even to receive assistance from a nearby M 360 MECHANIC repair shop.
If you’re not in Canada, you must request Assistance at 833-515-2937 to arrange for Roadside Assistance service.
What is covered by the limited repair warranty
This warranty covers the following types of repairs and services, subject to the exclusions listed within:
- Air Conditioning,
- heating and climate control systems,
- Brake system,
- Engine cooling system,
- Electrical system, including the starting and charging systems,
- Engine performance,
- drivability services and repair,
- Exhaust system,
- Fuel system,
- Ignition system,
- Electronic engine management system and on-board computer systems, (engine, body, brake and suspension computers),
- Cruise control system,
- Steering/suspension system,
- Wheel bearings,
- CV joints/U-joints,
- Half-shafts and driveshafts,
- Clutch,
- Differential and other minor repairs
How to obtain warranty service
- If you are less than 20 km away from the original repair shop, you must return your vehicle to that repair shop for any warranty repairs.
- If you are more than 20 km from the original repair shop, then you must call the Warranty Administrator prior to any warranty repair work being performed, at 1-833-515-2937, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays
